  • Perform technical troubleshooting in support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services.
  • Functions include but are not limited to :
    • Ticket Management, including all the functions related to this task
    • On-Call Support
    • Project Deliverables as assigned
  • VDI End User Support (tickets)
  • VDI Service Entitlement Support (tickets)
  • VDI Software Entitlement Support (tickets)
  • Technical Troubleshooting
  • VDI Maintenance Activities
  • Performance Monitoring
  • On-Call Support
  • Process Optimization
  • Additional duties as assigned
