Position Summary
  • Generates interaction among users of TIP's internal social network T-Life and ensures that user experience is in conformity with TI's values and policies.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Monitors users' social activities/comments and content publishing, approves images, videos, ads, events or groups in conformity with T-Life's terms of use.
  • Creates and updates company-related content with the objective of informing users on the company's latest activities.
  • Holds contests to increase users' participation and interaction.
  • Provides customer service to T-Life users and escalates cases to IT to solve users' questions and direct them to technical assistance

Educational Background

Graduate of Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Multi-media Arts or related course

 

Work Experience

At least one year experience managing online communities or communication or marketing assistant

 

Technical Skills

Knowledge and experience in writing articles and taking photos, community management on social media sites
