*Follow general operations and treatments;
*Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;
*Route troubles to best suited useful resource;
*Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers’ and clients’ business
Who’s suitable for the job?
*No Call Center experience required for candidates who reached at least 2nd year in College or possess a *Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldCall Center experience is required for High school graduates
*Good communication skills
*Computer and Web Literate
*Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
