How to Schedule Recruit Test?
Recruit testing is necessary if you want to find out an applicant's level of knowledge or if they have the ability to perform in a specific job role, before making them an employee.
Step 1.Select the 'Schedule Test' option in the Features section of the side bar menu and then select 'Browse Tests'.
Step 2.All Teamglide tests will load on this page, showing a brief description of each test, how many questions are in each and the amount of time allotted to complete them. Employers can read up on what each test is designed to analyze and how they are designed to test the specific area. To view further details about a test, select a test's name and view its full description.
To Schedule a test
Step 1.Select the 'Schedule Test' option in the Features section of the sidebar menu to the left of your screen and select 'Schedule Recruit' which will carry you to the test page.
Select a test to schedule from one (1) of the four (4) categories:
- IQ Cognitive Tests
- Personality Tests
- Skills Tests
- Academic Tests
Step 3.Enter the recruit's email address used for their Teamglide account, the position applied for and then hit 'Schedule Test'. The recruit must have a Teamglide account in order for the employer to schedule a test successfully.
An email should then be sent to the recruit's inbox, where they will get a link to complete the scheduled test. The test should also appear on the recruit's Teamglide dashboard under the section 'My Scheduled Tests'.
