When an employer wants to test the level of their employee's ability to perform in a certain job environment, they will schedule a test from one (1) of the four (4) categories:
- IQ Cognitive Tests
- Personality Tests
- Skills Tests
- Academic Tests
Step 1.
Select the 'Schedule Test' option in the Features section of the side bar menu and then select 'Browse Tests', which will navigate you to the 'Browse Tests' page.
Step 2.
On the center left of the 'Browse Tests' page shows the four (4) categories of tests listed in teamglide's portfolio. As you click on the number next to a category, e.g. the '4' next to 'Personality' the four (4) tests in that category will be shown as per the illustration below. A brief description of each test, how many questions are in each test and the amount of time allotted to complete them.
To Schedule a test
Step 1.
Select the 'Schedule Test' option in the Features section of the sidebar menu to the left of your screen and select 'Schedule Employee' which will carry you to the test page.
Step 2.
Select a test to schedule from one (1) of the four (4) categories:
- IQ Cognitive Tests
- Personality Tests
- Skills Tests
- Academic Tests
Step 3.
Click the 'Schedule' button to the right of the employee you've selected to test.
An email is then sent to the employee's inbox, where they will get a link to complete the scheduled test. The test should also appear on the employee's Teamglide dashboard under the section 'My Scheduled Tests', where they would be able to access the assigned test right away.
