How to Schedule Employee Test?
When an employer wants to test the level of their employee's ability to perform in a certain job environment, they will schedule a test from one (1) of the four (4) categories:
- IQ Cognitive Tests
- Personality Tests
- Skills Tests
- Academic Tests
1. Select the 'Schedule Test' option in the Features section of the sidebar menu to the left of your screen and select 'Schedule Employee' which will carry you to the test page,
2. Select a test to schedule.
3. Then press the 'Schedule' option to the right of the employee you've selected to test.
An email is then sent to the employee's inbox, where they will get a link to complete the scheduled test. The test should also appear on the employee's teamglide dashboard, where they would be able to access the assigned test right away.
