Delete Employee Documentation

If an employee is no longer with the company, or the employer wishes to dismiss them due to poor performance, etc., this feature can be used to delete their information from your database.

Step 1.

Select the 'Employees' option in the 'Features' section of the sidebar menu to the left of your screen and and select 'View Employees'.

Step 2.

Click the 'red trash can' icon marked 'remove' to the far right of the employee who you wish to delete, and the 'Delete Employee Confirmation' window will appear and click 'Delete Employee'.

Deleting an employee will remove them from your database, preventing you, the employer, from scheduling anymore tests to that employee or viewing their tests or performance scores. You have the choice of recruiting them or re-instating them later as an employee.
